We want to start with the type of home your looking for such as price range, beds/baths, and location. We recommend getting prequalified with a lender at this stage.This is also when we recommend speaking to a lender and getting pre-approved if seeking a mortgage. This is so when we find the home that is right for you, we can move forward with confidence.
View Homes and Make Offer
This step is one of the most exciting! After viewing homes, you will quickly find what is important and what isn’t. After you’ve found the one, we will make an offer.
Schedule Inspections & Appraisal
After the offer is accepted, it’s time for due diligence. We can assist with scheduling inspections and appraisals to make sure the home is in good shape.
The Closing
Long last, the closing day is finally here. You will sign the closing papers and receive keys to your new home.

Calculate Listing Price

Prelisting
Now it’s time to get your house market ready! After we decide on an ideal price to list your house, we will get the home show ready to shine in it’s best light. Minor repairs or upgrades may be needed.
Receive Offers
Another important step is reviewing all offers that come in. This is a great benefit to working with a seasoned Realtor. We can help negotiate to get you the most money possible for the sale of your house.
The Closing
It is my job to make sure everything runs smoothly and everything is done according to the timeline in the contract. Once all the title work is complete. Congratulations, it’s Closing Day!!
